If you would like to colour-customize the portal or individualize it with your logo, you can do so in your personal section under Design.

Which user roles are available in GetMyInvoices?

There are four different user rolls.
Administrators have full access to the account, can create new users, and update payment information.
Standard Users can view, edit and delete invoices and create new suppliers. All administrative functions regarding other users, payments and synchronizations are not accessible.
Upload-Only Users are only able to upload and process own bills, like travel receipts, but have no permissions beyond that.
Read-Only Users have access to documents, but cannot edit or delete those.
You can manage your users here. In case you have already applied the maximum user amount, you can adapt your package here.

How do I turn off email notifications?

In your personal account section, you can specify under notifications how often you want to receive notifications via email.


Why can’t I log in?

Not being able to log in to your account could have different reasons.

First, please ensure that your are logging in with the correct email address. If you’ve still got problems with the login, please contact our support.


What can I do if I forgot my password?

You can request a new password here.

How can I cancel my account?

Click on Account Name and then on the tab “Payments”. In the upper right corner, you have the option to cancel your account. You will receive an email, which you have to confirm to finalize the cancellation.
