How do I customize my document download schedule?
Customize your document download schedule in five easy steps.
Step 1. From the GetMyInvoices dashboard, click Companies & Portals on the left-side menu.
Step 2. Click the credentials on the connected online portal you wish to customize.
Step 3. A pop-up window shows the details of the linked online portal. To customize how often you would like to download documents from that portal, click the button under the Interval label.
Step 4. On the Change Interval dialog box, choose how frequent you would like to download documents by adjusting the number of days. You can pick an interval between 3 and 100 days.
Step 5. Click Save to confirm your changes.
