I need to process my invoices right now. Can I manually fetch them?

If you need to import invoice documents from your online portals right away, GetMyInvoices lets you manually fetch them for on-demand access and processing. Here’s how.

Step 1. From the GetMyInvoices dashboard, click Companies & Portals on the left-side menu.

Step 2. Click the credentials on the connected online portal you wish to manually import from.

Step 3. A pop-up window shows the details of the linked online portal. Under Actions, click the rightmost button labeled Start Fetch Process Now.

Step 4. You may close the pop-up window as the manual fetch process occurs in the background. You will get notified once all new documents are successfully fetched.
