Integrate automated 2FA retrieval

Activate our automatic 2FA (2-factor authentication) retrieval to retrieve invoices without your intervention from online portals for which 2-factor authentication is enabled. For this, you need an Authenticator app (Google AuthenticatorMicrosoft Authenticator oder Authy) in the first step. In the following, the activation of the function depends on whether the setting is to be performed for an already linked or a new online portal.

Activation for already linked online portals

1. Click on the icon for “Connect 2-Factor”. A pop-up window opens with the heading “Retrieve 2-factor authentication automatically”. From here you can follow the instructions below from point 2.

 


Activation for new online portals

1. Enter your login data with which you also log in to your online portal. If you now click on “Save“, a pop-up window opens with the heading “Retrieve 2-factor authentication automatically

 

2. You already use an Authenticator app for the affected online portal

2.1. If you have already activated the query via Authenticator app in your online portal, please select the first checkbox “Yes, I have already activated the query via Authenticator app in my portal”. Then click on “Next”

 

2.2 Then follow the listed instruction step by step in the opened window. Enter your mobile number and then click on “Send”

 

2.3. Now you will receive a link via SMS to the specified mobile number. Click on the link in the SMS and upload the photo of the barcode there. Once the photo is uploaded, the online portal will be added and checked for invoices within the next 24 hours. Now click on “OK” to finish the process.

 

3. You do not yet use an Authenticator app for the affected online portal

3.1. If you have not yet activated the query via Authenticator app in your online portal, please select the second checkbox “Yes, I still have to enable the query via Authenticator app in my portal”. Then click on “Next”

 

3.2. Then follow the listed instruction step by step in the opened window. Enter your mobile number and then click on “Send”

 

3.3. Now you will receive a link via SMS to the specified mobile number. Click on the link in the SMS and upload the photo of the barcode there. Once the photo is uploaded, the online portal will be added and checked for invoices within the next 24 hours. Now click on “OK” to finish the process.
