Is a GetMyInvoices account automatically created for me as an American Express cardholder?

No, all American Express cardholders must create a GetMyInvoices account themselves. Your American Express Business Card must then be linked in GetMyInvoices using the bankconnect function. You will then be redirected to the American Express login and can authorize transaction data from the American Express Business Card to be forwarded to GetMyInvoices after logging in. Does the American Express card have to be linked to the GetMyInvoices account?

I am already a GetMyInvoices customer and have deposited my American Express Business Card. How can I benefit from the advantages?

To take advantage of all the benefits, you need to reconnect your American Express Business Card to GetMyInvoices. This reconnection ensures that we synchronize your Business Card correctly with our system and that you can take advantage of all the benefits available to you. Once the Business Card has been successfully linked, we will provide you with the appropriate offers and services based on your transactions

Can all American Express cards (private and business cards) be linked to GetMyInvoices?

No, the offer applies exclusively to business customers. All principal cardholders of an American Express Business Card issued in Germany as well as Corporate Card cardholders can use GetMyInvoices and link their card via the interface. All Business Platinum Card cardholders who have migrated to the new Business Platinum Card will receive the free GetMyInvoices Platinum package*. Business Gold Card cardholders receive a price advantage of 25%** on their GetMyInvoices package.

What happens if I have an existing GetMyInvoices package and connect my American Express card?

Your existing GetMyInvoices package remains unchanged until the end of the term. At the end of the term, the American Express Business Benefit is automatically applied. If the use of this benefit does not fully cover the total price, the Express Business Benefit will be offset as a credit against the remaining amount.

Why can't I choose the Essential package with my American Express Gold Card?

The Essential package does not allow bank accounts to be linked. As the packages from Small to Enterprise include at least one bank account, these packages can be used for your American Express Gold Card.

I do not have an American Business Platinum card and would like to benefit from the advantages!

Can I link several American Express Business cards to my GetMyInvoices account?

No. Each business card may only be linked once to a GetMyInvoices account.

Can travel costs and expenses made with the American Express Business Card be managed in GetMyInvoices?

Travel expenses are currently not supported in GetMyInvoices. However, we are in the process of integrating this function in the future.

What can I do if the services included in my Platinum package are not sufficient?

You can upgrade at any time via your GetMyInvoices account. You can book the upgrade packages in your dashboard via the billing page.

Are the American Express credit card statements automatically imported by the bank account link or does the portal have to be connected additionally?

The credit card statements are not automatically imported by the bank account link. You must also link the American Express Business card as a portal. You can find detailed instructions in our Helpcenter article .

How do I transfer my transactions to DATEV?

You export the transactions from GetMyInvoices as a CAMT file and then upload them to DATEV for further processing. You can find detailed step-by-step instructions on how to export and upload the files here .
